DXL teaches. Everything on the site and in the app, including market notes, prices, charts, lessons and community posts, is for learning purposes only. It is not investment advice, a recommendation or a solicitation to buy or sell anything.

• DXL does not manage money, provide trading signals, or operate an exchange or any virtual asset service.
• Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. No income, profit or return is promised.
• Prices shown may be delayed or come from third party sources. Do not rely on them to trade.
• No DXL staff member will ever ask you to send money to trade on your behalf. Report anyone who does.

You must be 18 or over to create an account. Membership is approved by DXL and is intended for enrolled members and people we invite. Keep your sign in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile in the app.

When you post in the DXL community you agree not to:

• Sell or promote signals, managed accounts, referral schemes or investment opportunities.
• Ask other members for money, or to invest with you.
• Claim or promise profits, or post screenshots of profits as an inducement.
• Harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post hateful, sexual or unlawful content.
• Share course materials or session recordings outside DXL.

You can report a post or block a member from inside the app. Moderators may remove content and mute or suspend accounts that break these rules. You keep ownership of what you post, and give DXL permission to display it within the app.

Lessons, notes, videos, materials and the DXL name and marks belong to DXL or its licensors. They are licensed to you for personal study only and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.

We work to keep the site and app available and accurate, but we provide them as they are and may change, pause or withdraw features. We are not liable for losses arising from trading decisions you make, or for interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where that is reasonable.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
