Delete your DXL account

You can delete your DXL app account at any time, from inside the app or by email. Deletion is permanent.

01In the app

  1. Open the DXL app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

02By email

If you can no longer sign in, email info@dxl.global from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my DXL account”. We confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 15 working days.

03What is deleted

  • Your profile, sign in details and app settings.
  • Your lesson progress, event registrations, reactions and blocked member list.
  • Your community posts and replies are removed or anonymised so they no longer identify you.

04What we keep

Records we must keep by law, such as enrolment and payment records, are kept for the period the law requires, then deleted. Moderation and audit records may keep an anonymised reference for up to 12 months to protect the community. See our Privacy Policy for details.
